Backyard Zoom Wedding, Santa Cruz, California

Oh yes, it's 2020 and having a virtual ceremony is so hot right now! These two originally planned to have their Los Angeles wedding surrounded by friends and family at a beautiful venue on the outskirts of Joshua Tree National Park. Obviously, covid changed all that. While they still hope to have their big party some day, they decided to elope at their home in Santa Cruz in the meantime. With nearly 200 guests attending virtually from around the world, these two definitely felt the love despite the distance. After their Zoom wedding, the newlyweds took a stroll through their local park to continue the celebration and receive some in-person congratulations from their neighbors. Yes, even a backyard wedding can be "the best day ever!"
